Submission Process
Approval and reporting submission process is as follows:
- Prepare artwork files for submission. Check that files follow style guide rules and use approved Design Elements and Photography.
- Fill out Product Design Approval Form and upload artwork files.
- Upon receiving feedback, incorporate necessary revisions and resubmit form until approval is given.
- Once artwork is approved, pre-production samples can be created.
- Create finished production sample and submit for approval.

Fill out the Product Approval Form and upload the relevant artwork files for approval. We will get back to you regarding approval, or if revisions are necessary.
My Artwork was not approved. What Can I Do?
Be sure to review all Style Guide and Logo Usage Guidelines, as well as previously approved Design Concepts. By using approved Design Elements and Photography in your artwork, it is more likely to be approved. Please resubmit again.
